Delivery FAQ
Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 or 24 hour services and are usually dispatched within 5 working days of placing your order. This turn around may increase during peak periods to 7 working days.
You will receive a email once your order has been processed for shipping, this email will contain a tracking link. Please check your junk mail for this email as they sometimes end up lost in junk!
Incorrect delivery: Unfortunately incorrect addresses cannot be altered once the parcel has left me & no refund/replacement will be offered as the parcel was sent to the address provided. Please ensure you are checking the address is entered correctly prior to payment. Occasionally parcels are returned to myself and if this happens I will contact you to arrange a refund for the items minus postage or the option to pay for redelivery.
Damaged parcels: If your item has been received and has been unfortunately damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days to notify us of this and send photos of the damage and we can arrange a replacement to be sent out.
