Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item we request you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns will be accepted, however return postage must be paid by yourself and will not be refunded.
The item will be refunded within 3-5 days upon return. No postage and packaging costs will be refunded only the cost for items purchased.
Damaged parcels
If your item has been received and has been unfortunately damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days to notify us of this and send photos of the damage and we can arrange a replacement to be sent out.
No liability will be taken by Planr Designs for damaged planners whereby the customer has failed to fully remove the staples from the tube prior to removing the planner.
Personalised items
Unfortunately personalised items are completely non-refundable unless faulty due to the nature of the product.
Please remember to include the order number or full name and delivery address in any correspondence to allow us to find your order easily.
